I remember, when we moved to Prior Lake, one of the first things we did was seek out the Methodist church. It seemed a little tricky to find, but when we walked through the doors, we both felt we were home. Even though it was originally a Lutheran (?) church, it resembled the church where Dave and I grew up….were married; our children were baptized ; where most of our friends worshipped, too. Our mothers and Dave sang in the choir, a small one, but very important. Dave and I both felt “ we are home!” What a wonderful burst of happiness we felt. After 52 years, Holy Trinity continues to be our church home.
